Working through these issues can improve your perspective on life while also improving life satisfaction.

Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT is treatment involves bringing awareness and focus on the present moment and accept thoughts and feelings without judgment. ACT therapy encourages increased commitment to healthy, constructive activities that uphold your values or goals.

Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT)

SFT is a short-term goal-focused evidence-based therapeutic approach, which incorporates positive psychology principles and practices, and which helps you change by constructing solutions rather than focusing on problem.

Person-Centered Therapy

Person-centered therapy allows you to take more of a lead in sessions such that, in the process, you will discover your own solutions.

Through this, you will see that each of us has the power to find the best solutions for ourselves and the ability to make appropriate changes in our lives.

Narrative Therapy

Narrative therapy is a form of counseling that helps you separate yourself from your problems and destructive behaviors. This will allow you to get some distance from the difficulties you may face; this helps you to see how it might actually be helping or protecting you, more than it is hurting you.
